Hurricane Wash

Hurricane wash breezes comb trees’  tresses
restlessly relentlessly, sway and swirl
of countless green flags under the gray clouds,
sway and whirl of ominous insistence

beautifully disharmonious, this,
tornado perhaps in the offing, but 
not likely, just the heavy air, bearing
birthing sudden white sheets rain torrent
